1. Overview:
NB-320 catalog corner cutting machine is a special equipment for paper corner cutting
in the printing industry.

3.Installation and test run:
The placement of the machine must be balanced, and then press the front of the
machine counterclockwise (as shown in Figure)
2). The movable cover (1) rotates and passes through the groove of the stopper (2) to

4. Adjustment: The method is carried out.
4.1, Adjustment of the upper blade: (as shown in Figure 3)

The upper blade of this machine and the skateboard are connected by a screw as a
whole, and the best position of the upper blade .The position should be such that the
highest position of the upper blade edge intersects the lower blade edge when itis at
its lower limit position. Wrong 1-2mm, when adjusting, remove the locking screw (2)
and turn the adjusting screw (3), You can move the upper blade up or down (the
rotation of the adjustment screw is 90°,
one stop), Then install the locking screw (2) and tighten it.
4.2. Adjustment of the height of the paper bar: (as shown in Figure 4)
Loosen the upper screw (4) of the slider (2) and move the paper bar (3) up and down
to satisfaction’
The position, (The best position of the paper pole: when the paper pole is in the lower
pole position, it should be in 2-3mm below the blade of the lower blade), then tighten

When you need to change the indexing spacing of the wok movement you need to
remove the workbench and replace the workbench, Just make the rack under the stage.
4.4, Adjustment of the skateboard: (as shown in Figure 3)
When the power is cutoff, the skateboard (1) should not move freely. When this
requirement is not met, the skateboard (1) should not move freely.
The screw (4) can be fine-tuned so that it does not fall freely at any position and its
movement resistance. It can't be too big.
4.5. Adjustment of working speed: (as shown in Figure 5) '
The working speed of this machine is achieved by changing the radius of rotation of
the motor pulley, Its speed control handle (1) is at the bottom right of the machine.
Method: Turn the adjustment counterclockwise.
Speed handle (1) (release the motor board locking block at this time), move the handle
up and down. For the growth rate, the downward movement is the deceleration, until
the satisfactory speed is reached, then tighten the handle to it can.
46. Adjustment of the limit parking position on the upper blade: (As shown in Figure 6)
The limit parking position on the upper blade must be the highest position of the upper
blade in a movement cycle (The
adjustment part is in the cavity of the protruding part of the machine under the
workbench, from the iG lower part.

It is controlled by the cam stroke switch. When the above requirements are not met,
the adjustment method is needed.
The method is as follows: use manual to raise the upper blade to the highest point,
loosen the screw (1) and turn the convex wheel, so that it slowly contacts the contacts
of the stroke switch (3) when you hear the stroke switch "pop’, when there is a sound,
it means that the cam is in place, just tighten the screw (1), this step can be repeated
many times until you are satisfied.
5. Maintenance and maintenance:
5.1. The parts of this machine that have relative movement must be lubricated
regularly.
5.2. When using manual rotation of the machine, the activity must be carried out in
accordance with the method shown in Figure 2. The moving cover turns to the limit
position, causing the machine to cut off the power supply.
